The Team

Gary Coyne
Founder

Gary is the founder and CEO of The School Expo. A finalist in Ireland’s Best Young Entrepreneur and then accepted onto Enterprise Ireland’s prestigious New Frontiers Programme. He then relocated to Galway when he was accepted onto Startx6, a 6 month Startup accelerator programme. Gary is passionate about providing a platform to bring people together.

Philip Ryan
Co-Founder

Philip comes to the team with a degree in Commerce from NUIG. Whilst at NUIG he led a team that won the Business Society’s Entrepreneurial Challenge & represented the Irish Universities Hockey Team. He has worked with AIB as product advisor for loans & regulations. Most recently Philip co-founded Nomad Mobile Cafe. Teaming up with childhood friend Gary, Philip has a keen interest in health, wellbeing and the positive impact of mindfulness.

Georgina Lawless
Event & Project Coordinator

Georgina comes to The School Expo team with an extensive background in Advertising, Digital Marketing & Project/Event Management. With previous experience in Early Education for Parents & Children, making the transition to The School Expo team was an easy one!
